The Kitchen is fully equipped with a high standard of china
& cooking utensils. The floor is ceramic tiled and is open
plan into the dining area with beech flooring which is very
bright with the morning sun shining in while cooking breakfast.
In the utility room at the back door there is a washer/dryer
and freezer.
Conservatory
This room catches the sun for most of the day and is a relaxing
room from which you can view a wide area from the Abriachan
hills by Loch Ness, across Inverness, to the Beauly Firth, the
Moray Firth, the Black Isle and Ben Wyvis in the distance.
This room features cane furniture to seat 6 and a new hi-fi
from which you can listen to music through to the kitchen area
if required. The flooring again is in beech. You can walk out
to the patio area and enjoy the views from the seating provided.
Lounge
This is a spacious, bright room offering panoramic views over
Inverness and the Beauly Firth.
The lounge has a marble open baxi fire to provide a cosy comfortable
room to enjoy and relax, with a 3+2+1 suite and new cherry furniture
including a stereo T.V and video.
The beech flooring and rugs add character to the panoramic
view through the bay window over the firth and Ben Wyvis.
The Sunsets are picturesque and very peaceful.
Bedroom 1
This spacious bedroom with deep wool carpeting comprises of
a double bed with adjacent bedside table and fitted wardrobe.
Wall lights with easily reached switches are installed for reading.
Duvets and towels etc are supplied. Ensuite bathroom with toilet
and sink and an electric power shower.

Bedroom 2
This bedroom consists of twin beds which can zip link together,
wall spot reading lights and fitted wardrobe. The same quality
carpeting is used in this room and a vanity sink unit is provide.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom consists of twin pine beds, wall reading lights,
a built in wardrobe and a vanity sink unit. The same carpeting
is used in all bedrooms.
Other Features
The bathroom consists of a self contained electric power shower,
bath, toilet and basin. The bathroom has a tiled floor and walls
to match.The other public areas have beech flooring and with the
recessed lights a soft light is provided. There is currently a
games room between the lounge and kitchen with board games, etc.
All rooms are centrally heated.
